Anthony Silva, NASM Certified Personal Trainer is a San Francisco Fitness Coach, kettlebell specialist, and group fitness instructor. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology Movement and Exercise Science (23′) from San Francisco State University . Anthony has 300+ hours of experience in prehab and rehabilitation clinics, where he shadowed and worked with multiple physical therapists. 

Anthony’s began his journey in fitness as a high school athlete. In 2018, during his senior year of high school, he made the decision to commit to a serious gym routine. The pandemic was a turning point for Anthony. During this time, he gained 20+ pounds of lean muscle mass using proper nutrition and a structured program. Since then, fitness has been a part of Anthony’s daily life, and he is passionate about extended the benefits of healthy lifestyles to others.
